This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Mobile sale(“Affiliate”) and Amazon.com, Inc. and its affiliates (“Amazon”) as of 24 march 2024.

1. Enrollment

Affiliate agrees to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the Amazon Affiliate Program.

2. Responsibilities

Affiliate shall responsibly promote Amazon products using provided affiliate links.

3. Compensation

Affiliate shall earn commissions based on qualifying purchases made through their affiliate links.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.

5. Liability

Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
